As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective HR operations and providing support to employees and management. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

HR Administration:

  • In charge of daily HR operations such as attendance logging, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our offices
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Plan, budget and organise cost-effective team bonding events
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave management.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Assist in conducting salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.


  • Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulations and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related audits and compliance reports.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and ethical work environment.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of performance appraisal processes.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and providing guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 days in the office
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Executive roles
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.
  • Up to 11 million VND/month x 12 months (no 13th month)
  • Annual performance bonus.
