Our vision is to make access to end-to-end mental healthcare seamless and affordable in Asia. With a focus on stress, anxiety, and depression management, TFC is the first port-of-call for users to seamlessly access end-to-end mental healthcare from self-serve learning tools, progress tracking, therapy, and 1-on-1 daily bite-sized coaching with certified mental health professionals anytime, anywhere.

  • Hire, manage and lead an Engineering team (local and remote) for mobile and backend
  • Work with Product, Business and Clinical/Ops teams to build and prioritize product
    a roadmap based on complexity, timeline and resource estimations.
  • Write testable, clean and efficient code that can be confidently released in production.
  • Ensure optimum app quality and platform stability through a system of metrics
  • Lead and manage Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning and
    retrospectives with team members.
  • Willingness to learn and work with Elixir which is now used for the back-end of the mobile apps (open to change this later).
  • Prior experience with React Native which is the current front-end language.
  • Minimum: Senior level for a backend language + Mid-level for a front-end mobile language OR Senior level for a front-end mobile language and Mid-level for a backend language.
  • Paid leave 12 days/year, insurance cover as per company policy.
  • Working time: 9h-18h, 5 days a week, including weekends. lunchtime 12h-13h30. (Work on weekends not frequent but expect 1-2 weekends per month, notice will be provided in advance).
