Now, we are building an internal product, an AI-powered technical assessment platform, that helps HR personnel to assess technical capability of software engineer candidates quickly, easily and accurately. Guess what, you will be one of the first members of this tech team!

Product overview

• HR uploads their JD
• Platform auto-generates a technical assessment based on the given JD
• HR makes necessary adjustment to the generated assessment
• Candidate completes the assessment on our platform
• Platform grades the submissions and sends a report to HR

• Collaborate with the product owner and software engineers to understand the requirements and objectives of the assessment platform.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly web-based interfaces for the assessment platform
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, and incorporate them into the design process.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing necessary design assets and specifications.

Must-have:

• A relevant design portfolio showcasing UX/UI work
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a UX/UI Designer, preferably working on web-based applications or assessment platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with software engineers.
